noleF is built around helping felons redefine their lives through starting and managing their own business. noleF does this by taking a few steps:
- Educate felons who are still incarcerated and close to release, or recently released felons
- When they have an understanding of business and the business that they want to start, we then assist in the startup of the business both financially and managerially
- Assist in the ramp-up of the business
- When the business reaches a point of self-sufficiency, noleF assists with them becoming a free-standing business
